How about Healthy truffle dates? Get your sweet fix without the guilt.
What You Need: 80 gram of organic hazelnuts or macadamia nuts. 60 gram of desiccated coconut (optional if you don't want Coconut coating. 20 soft organic dates – Stone removed 4 tbsp organic cocoa powder.
How:
. First blend the macademia in a food processor. Make sure there’s no bigger pieces of nuts if it is for toddlers.
2. Add the dates, coconuts, cacao and blend everything into a “dough” and till the mass is stuck all together. Don’t blend too much.
3. Form the truffle balls with a spoon.
4. Dip it in whatever you desire, good examples could be: Sesame, desiccated coconut, Cacao powder ect.
