Couscous - Easy, Healthy, Affordable

What You need:
1- 100 gr Couscous Diari Express
2- 1 tomato, 1 Cucumber, Few asparagus,
3- Some garlic and onion,
4- a handful of olives.
5- Salmon Filet.
How:
- Boil water and pour in 1 cup unto the dried Couscous, Mix with a Fork, Cover and let it simmer.
- Cut all your vegetable.
- Fry the Salmon (or Oven)
- After 7 minute the couscous is ready, mix in all your vegetable, add your seasoning
Salmon with Couscous Salad.
Et Voila!
